What will you be doing?
As an Inside Sales Engineer for Drive Technology, you serve as a key link between the customer, supplier, account manager, and workshop. Your responsibilities include
- Advising Dutch machine and equipment manufacturers on suitable technical solutions;
- contributing ideas regarding applications in the field of timing belt drives and conveyors;
- drafting, developing, and following up on quotes;
- independently managing the commercial process;
- coordinating with suppliers, account managers, and colleagues;
- negotiating with customers and suppliers;
- contributing to our growth in the machine building sector;
- identifying commercial opportunities and improving processes.

What do you bring to the table?
We consider the following to be important
You don’t have to be perfect in every area, because for this role we’re looking for someone with a solid foundation and the right attitude. However, we do consider it important that you
- have at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a technical sales role;
- have a technical college degree, preferably in mechanical engineering or a related field;
- have experience with ERP and CRM systems;
- enjoy working in a technical sales role;
- are independent, proactive, and skilled at providing advice;
- speak and write Dutch well;
- can also communicate effectively in English.
A Plus
These points are not strict requirements, but they will help you succeed more quickly:
- Experience with conveyors;
- Experience with timing belt drives;
- Experience in mechanical engineering at a supplier or manufacturer.
