Highly accurate and versatile planetary gearboxes
With the Precision Series, Neugart provides high performance planetary gearboxes for applications where very high accuracies (<1 arcmin) are important. The Precision Series gearboxes can withstand high radial and axial forces.
The gearboxes within Neugart’s Precision Series can be designed in a variety of ways to perfectly match the characteristics and requirements of your application. Among other things, it is possible to equip the gearbox with a helicoil toothing and to choose a version with a hollow shaft. In addition, it is possible to choose a version with a flange or output shaft. In this way, Neugart’s planetary gearboxes within the Precision Series make it possible to easily match the outstanding performance and very high accuracy of these gearboxes to the specifics of your application.

Coaxial planetary gearbox (Precision series)
The coaxial gearbox where the input and output shafts are in line with each other is available in several versions.
Precision Series gearboxes are made for the highest accuracy in terms of torsional clearance and rigidity. They feature high IP protection classes, load capacity and versatility. In addition, these planetary gearboxes are available with different types of gearing to meet almost any application specification

PLN: coaxial with output shaft and square flange
The PLN precision planetary gearbox with helical gearing is designed for maximum power and torque. The PLN’s preloaded tapered roller bearings and specially matched seal ensure optimum performance even in applications where dust and splash water are prevalent.

PSN: coaxial with output shaft and square flange
The PSN is a further development of the PLN with straight teeth. The PSN is equipped with helical teeth making a very quiet and low-vibration Precision Gearbox with high performance.

The PSBN is a further development of the PSN; with helical gearing and an efficient bearing system, this cabinet is ideally suited for maximum torque at high speeds while maintaining low noise levels.

Angle planetary gearbox (precision series)
Neugart’s right-angle gearboxes are constructed with a helical right-angle transmission as the first stage and a planetary delay in the second stage. With this, the Precision Series achieves a higher accuracy of up to 5 arc minutes compared to the Economic Series right-angle gears that have an accuracy of up to 28 arc minutes.

The WPLN consistently continues the advantages of the Precision series. With its compact but powerful design, it is perfect for dynamic systems. The bevel gearbox is lubricated for life and easy to assemble.

WGN: right-angle version with output hollow shaft, square flange
The WGN is a further variant of the WPSFN but with a hollow output shaft. With these precise and quiet right angle transmissions, you obtain an alternative way for mounting in your construction due to the hollow output shaft.
