Standard pulleys with a high standard

The highest quality

Caldic Techniek supplies standard catalog pulleys manufactured from metal or aluminum of the highest quality. Suitable for a very wide range of applications, these pulleys are an ideal choice when you need a standard pulley that can be delivered quickly and inexpensively.

Supplied with modifications

Because we have our own pulley workshop, we can also provide standard catalog pulleys with both minor and major modifications. This way they will better suit your needs and you will receive the pulleys ready for use from us. Machining operations that we can perform on standard pulleys include fitting a fit bore, a keyway for the keyed bolt and a turned-off hub.

Range trading pulleys in various gears

Megadyne’s catalog of trade pulleys includes a large series of timing belt pulleys as a basis, many of which are in stock with us or our supplier. The pulleys are available in a wide range of tooth shapes suitable for various standard belt widths.

The pulleys are extremely suitable as a starting point in the design and, executed with a small amount of machining, can be used in your application.

Range trading pulleys with TL clamping bushings

Especially for HTD gearing, standard pulleys are available in various widths of timing belts suitable for accommodating Taperlock clamping bushings. By mounting the clamping bush provided with a fitting bore and keyway, you can mount it directly on an engine. The corresponding TL clamping bushings can also be found in the catalog.

Tollok clamping bushings

For keyless shaft/pulley mounting, Tollok has a wide variety of clamping bushings in the program which are easy to mount and guarantee a very good, stable and strong shaft/hub connection. On request, we can turn out the corresponding bore in the timing belt pulley so that these bushings can be mounted directly. The advantage of these Tollok bushings is that they can also be used in aluminum pulleys due to the large contact surface. Therefore T and AT pulleys can also be used in aluminum pulleys with a bushing system.

Clamping plates

The pulleys catalog also includes a series of clamp plates. With a clamp plate, a finite timing belt can be made infinite for those applications where you are dealing with reciprocating motion. Clamp plates are also excellent for mounting to your construction.

Workshop for modifications standard pulleys

Caldic Techniek has a well-equipped workshop where we can finish standard trading pulleys according to drawing. We place keyways, fit rings and threaded holes in these products according to.
