As a company closely involved in numerous and extensive manufacturing and transportation processes, we fully understand the scale and impact of such processes that make up the global economy. This is why we believe it is important to consciously manage the environmental footprint of our operations and those of our partners.
Sustainability
Motivated to help society move forward, we are actively concerned every day with the impact of our activities on the world around us. For example, we reuse all packaging materials that enter our warehouse, we generate our own electricity with solar panels, and we work with our partners to make production processes and transport lines cleaner and more efficient. We are also committed to a healthy working and living environment for our employees.
Health & Safety
The health and safety of our employees are of utmost importance. Therefore, we have implemented a program to ensure a healthy and safe work environment. With the Safety program, we ensure that we continuously comply with all regulations and standards and work to responsibly drive performance improvements.
Quality Management
Naturally, at Caldic Techniek we also attach great importance to ensuring the quality of our products and services. Our QMS meets internationally recognized ISO standards, such as ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. In addition to the QMS, we at Caldic Techniek also have a QHSE reporting system. Besides health and safety issues we use this to identify product and process related problems. These systems help us maintain continuous insight into our processes and improve ourselves wherever possible.
Ecovadis
Ecovadis certification assesses companies on various criteria related to environmental and social factors. After an independent and comprehensive analysis, Ecovadis issues certifications that provide an insight into the efforts and results that companies have achieved in the social and environmental fields.
Golden Certification
At the last Ecovadis certification, Caldic Techniek achieved gold. This gold certification places our company among the 5% best performing organizations worldwide in terms of various social and environmental indicators. Besides this recognition of our efforts, a gold certification means to our customers that they can be confident that working with Caldic Techniek is an ethical and environmentally friendly choice.
Caldic Techniek aims to achieve platinum Ecovadis certification by 2025. To this end, in the coming years we will work on making progress in reducing our energy consumption, making our packaging more sustainable and expanding our portfolio with products with a lower carbon footprint.
The QHSE & Safety staff

With the solar panels on our roof, we already provide 35% of our energy consumption. The remaining 65% will be purchased entirely sustainably from 2024 onwards. So our whole company will soon be running on green and renewable energy!

With the Safety program, we have implemented a practical system that helps to deal with safety in the workplace in a conscious way every day. This allows us to work every day in comfort and with a safe feeling.

Within Caldic Techniek, we already do a lot to have a positive impact on the world around us. Ecovadis helps us to increase that positive influence. For example, by working more intensively with our partners on sustainability in our supply chain.
