Easy Drive Pulleys

Caldic Techniek has the license to produce Easy Drive pulleys in our own workshop. Since several years the Easy Drive technology is the standard in the field of belt steering for pulleys. By means of the characteristic orange Easy Drive ring, optimal belt control is ensured in a simple and effective manner. This ensures smooth, quiet and stable running between the timing belt and pulley.

The advantages of Easy Drive

The Easy Drive system offers several advantages over other forms of belt control such as flanges or steering belts. This makes the Easy Drive pulley a cost-effective solution that also offers great advantages in terms of system construction and design.

A universal solution

The Easy Drive ring eliminates the need for other belt steering solutions such as flanges, steering strings and special tooth profiles. Easy Drive technology can be applied to virtually any tooth shape, and the Easy Drive ring works with pulleys made of the materials steel, aluminum, cast iron and plastic. In terms of timing belts, Easy Drive is compatible with all polyurethane (PU) and rubber belts.

Stable, quiet and compact construction

The Easy Drive ring provides maximum lateral stability, is bi-directional in use and reduces belt vibration, thus realizing quiet and quiet running. In addition, the Easy Drive solution enables a more compact construction of your systems because small pulley diameters can be used and excessively wide pulleys are no longer necessary.
