Thanks and appreciation for Martin Marquering during management change at Caldic Techniek

Caldic Techniek announces a change in management. As of February 1, 2026, Martin Marquering has stepped down from his position as Managing Director. This brings to a close an impressive career spanning more than 40 years at Caldic, the last 12 of which were spent at Caldic Techniek.

Martin began his career at Heijbroek, an organization that later became part of the Caldic Group. In the years that followed, he made a lasting impression on the Dutch organization. He managed both Isolatietechniek and Caldic Techniek and played an important role in the further professionalization of Caldic Techniek as a reliable and expert technical partner.

His leadership was characterized by commitment, pragmatism, and commercial insight, combined with the ability to translate complexity into clear choices. For colleagues and business relations, he was a stable and connecting factor, with an eye for both results and people.

Aldrik Vervat, on behalf of the Caldic Group Executive Leadership Team, on Martin’s significance to the organization: “With his many years of dedication, knowledge, and personal leadership, Martin has made a very important contribution to Caldic and, in particular, to Caldic Techniek. He has laid a solid foundation on which the organization can continue to build. We are sincerely grateful to him for that.”

Jan Soede took up his position as the new Managing Director of Caldic Techniek on January 1, 2026. Jan brings extensive experience from the technical sector, with a strong background in commercial and operational leadership within international industrial organizations. In previous positions, he was responsible for sales, strategic growth, and general business operations, managing teams in complex and demanding markets.

With his broad market knowledge, customer-focused approach, and technical expertise, Jan aims to build on the foundation laid in recent years. His ambition is to further strengthen Caldic Techniek as a technical partner for customers, with a continued focus on quality, reliability, and added value. The focus will be on leveraging knowledge within the organization, deepening customer relationships, and further developing the portfolio and services in a future-proof manner.

With Martin Marquering’s departure, Caldic Techniek concludes a valuable period, while the appointment of Jan Soede marks the next step in the further development of the organization. We would like to thank Martin for his many years of dedication and wish him all the best for the future. At the same time, we look forward with confidence to the next phase under the leadership of Jan Soede.
