Caldic Techniek sells an extensive product range of generators and generatorcontrol, measurement and protection equipment.

As a technical sales engineer, you will be the first point of contact for customers when it comes to technical and commercial questions about our product line generators. You are involved in the entire process, from analyzing the technical needs of the customer in which you give solicited and unsolicited advice, up to and including issuing the quotation. You ensure the correct entry of the orders obtained and for the more complex orders you supervise the order process up to and including delivery. A broad role with plenty of room for your own initiative.

Who we're looking for

For this position, we are looking for a sales engineer with good interpersonal skills and commercial insight. Your personality can be described as energetic, eager to learn and result-oriented. You work independently and have strong organizational skills. Because of the multitude of activities, we are looking for someone who works in a structured way and can switch quickly, as your customer-oriented attitude and structured approach contribute to high customer satisfaction and optimal efficiency of the department.

Job requirements:

  • customer- and result-oriented, good communication and social skills;
  • MBO+ / HBO education, electrical engineering.
  • Be able to work well in a small team, but also independently;
  • relevant work experience;
  • Experience with generators, generator sets and emergency power is an advantage;
  • Ability to structure and prioritize well.
