What we do

At Caldic Techniek we are specialized in the supply of generators and parts for generator sets, electronic control and protection systems, drive technology, timing belt drives and conveyor components. Besides the supply of a wide range of machines, equipment and parts, we distinguish ourselves by the high level of knowledge and commitment of our employees and a workshop from which customized solutions can be delivered, such as modifications to generators and an in-house production of timing belt pulleys according to customer specifications.

To prevent overloading our people, we help each other where we can to monitor a healthy work-life balance. After all, we are all at our best when we are comfortable both at home and at work. Therefore, at Caldic Techniek we offer various forms of leave and, if the job allows it, there is the possibility of working from home. People

Besides being the place where we come to work every day, our office is also where we meet and where an important part of our social life takes place. The atmosphere at our office can be described as open, informal and personal. For example, every day we have lunch together or take a walk during the lunch break, and we organize barbecues and sports activities to get to know each other outside of work as well. But also in the corridor there is always room for a chat with each other or a joke in passing. We also offer the possibility of volunteering for two days every year, so that we can contribute to people and society in this way as well.

Environment

As a supplier of components that keep various parts of our society running, we at Caldic Techniek understand all very well the impact of our economy on the environment. This is why we are continuously working on innovations and initiatives to make our way of working more sustainable and reduce our collective impact on the environment. For example, we help customers make their processes cleaner and more energy efficient, we have a roof full of solar panels and we reuse all cardboard packaging that comes to us.
